Order cancellations

Every order is paid in full at checkout. Orders may be cancelled and fully refunded any time before the piece ships or is handed over at a Chicago meetup.

Authentication guarantee

If any piece fails authentication or any stone fails a professional diamond tester, you receive a full refund — no questions asked.

Delivered pieces

Once you accept delivery or complete a Chicago pickup, the sale is final. Any manufacturer defect is covered under our authenticity guarantee.

How to request a refund

Email concierge@bussdown.lux with your order number. Approved refunds process within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
